business applied improvisation

Say YES
to the game.
The rest takes care of itself.

We're the first company to bring applied improvisation to Romanian business, back in 2008. Workshops where your team laughs out loud, fails beautifully and learns to truly listen.

P.S. You don't need to be funny. You just need to be present.

SAY YES.
THERE'LL BE
NO MESS.

People and teams improvise all the time. They just don't realize it. We give them the framework, the vocabulary and the courage to do it on purpose.

We've been doing this since 2008: play inside your company, to grow outside, on the market.

Why it works

{:)

Real communication

Active listening, nonverbal communication and spontaneous response: the muscles every exercise trains.

]:{

Courage & confidence

Mistakes become raw material, not a reason for shame. People start taking risks and speaking up with their ideas.

(:}

Creativity on the spot

Quick thinking for unexpected situations. The team discovers how creative it can be when there's no time to self-censor.

[:)

Real collaboration

Improv is a team sport: there's no successful scene without partners who back each other up.

{:|

Adapting to the unexpected

Flexibility in the face of change and less stress when plan A falls apart. Spoiler: plan A always falls apart.

[:D

Inclusion & connection

Different perspectives, common ground discovered at every turn. We have more in common than we think.

the difference that makes the difference

Not just improv. Facilitation.

Team building through improvisation: fun for people, learning for teams. Experiential workshops where teams practise collaboration, listening, adaptability and spontaneity through improvisation techniques. We don't stop at the games: every experience is followed by a debrief and connected to real situations in the organisation. Facilitated by Bogdan Grigore, in Romania, since 2008.

Unlike classic, actors' improv, our emphasis is on facilitation. We don't train comedians. We train teams. You see it in three places:

one

Activities chosen with care

Every exercise is chosen and adapted for your development goal, not for the show.

two

Psychological safety

When we take people out of their comfort zone, we put a strong emphasis on psychological safety. We build a space where participants feel comfortable experimenting, and we gradually expand how far they step outside their comfort zone.

three

A debrief that matters

Laughter is just the vehicle. In the debrief we connect the experience to your team's real challenges, so the lessons reach the office on Monday morning.

Improv for sales

Improv for sales

Selling is a two-person scene: if you don't listen, you're playing alone. We train active listening, reading the client and the "yes, and…" reflex to objections, so you can improvise with confidence where the sales script ends.

Improv for leadership & managers

Improv for leadership & managers

Leaders improvise daily: decisions without complete data, difficult conversations, plans that change. We work on presence and flexible status: the best improviser is the one who makes everyone else look good.

Improv for team building

Laughing together is the shortest path between two colleagues. Games that build trust, break down barriers between departments and create the inside jokes the team repeats for months afterward.

Improv for public speaking

Improv for public speaking

We train presence, voice, the pause and above all spontaneity: what you do when your point slips away, the projector dies or you get the surprise question. The stage doesn't forgive, but it can teach you to enjoy it.

for anyone who speaks in front of people

Improv for creativity & innovation

Improv for creativity & innovation

The first rule of improv: accept the idea and build on it. We practice suspending judgment, "yes, and…" in brainstorming and the courage to propose "bad" ideas, which, statistically, give birth to the brilliant ones.

Improv for conferences & big events

A room of 100+ people can play together. We've proven it many times. Openers that wake up the room, energizers between talks and interactive moments participants tell their family about at home.

Improv for soft skills

Improv for soft skills

Listening, empathy, feedback, nonverbal communication: reading them on slides is useless if you don't live them. Improv trains them through play, and the debrief ties them to real situations at the office.

Status & power positioning

Status & power positioning

Every interaction is a status game. Keith Johnstone taught us to see it. You learn to read and consciously adjust your status: when to raise it, when to lower it, in negotiations, meetings and conflicts.
