Team building workshop through applied improvisation

facilitated by Bogdan Grigore · founder & lead facilitator Improvizatie.ro

Laughing together is the shortest path between two colleagues. The workshop uses games that build trust, break down barriers between departments and create the inside jokes the team will repeat for months afterwards. Facilitated by Bogdan Grigore, since 2008, for teams of 6 to 100+ people.

What it is NOT

Frequently asked questions

What happens if someone in the team refuses to take part?

No one is forced to do an exercise. Anyone who does not want to can observe from outside, and most games have less exposed options for those who need more time to settle in.

Does it also work for remote or hybrid teams?

Yes. Sessions adapt fully for online, at the same price as in person, because the facilitation and design work stays the same regardless of format.

How long does the effect of a single team building event last?

Usually two to three weeks, after which the team gradually returns to its previous state. For a lasting effect, there is also the subscription option, with short sessions repeated throughout the year.

How is it different from a classic team building event, such as paintball or cooking workshops?

Applied improvisation works directly on communication, listening and trust, with a debrief that links the game to the real dynamics of the team: not just fun, but training with a purpose.

How large can the group be?

From 6 to over 100 people. For large groups, sessions are combined or more facilitators are brought in, depending on space and objective.

Can it be run as a single session, not just as a subscription?

Yes. It is available both as a single 2-hour session and as a subscription with a decreasing price per session. Details are on the pricing page.
